Hand Over Your Heart Scarf - Mystic Style
Cut and sewn from scratch using reclaimed cotton twill, this versatile piece serves as a neck scarf, bandanna, hair wrap, or soft textile artwork. A one-of-a-kind piece that features a hand-pulled screen print drawn from one of my original paintings. The fabric is overlaid with warm layers of natural, water-based gold ink- vibrant warm and cool tones through hand-dyed embellishments —subtle brushstrokes that echo feeling as much as form. Finished with a hand-dyed bias trim, the scarf nods to mid-century styling passed down through generations—an homage to the elegant resourcefulness of my mother and grandmother. With a slightly heavier weight, rooted in care and craft it offers comfort and style through cool spring mornings, crisp mountain evenings, or layering for shifting seasonal days.
 
I don’t create traditional wall-hanging prints of my paintings—instead, this is my way of translating my original work into handmade, wearable art. Each piece is brought to life through textiles and fashion, often embellished with thoughtful + intentional details, allowing the art to move and evolve with the body.
